XXI Bird Republic Citizens Rally April 23, 2022

cordially invites you to the
XXI Rally of Citizens of the Bird Republic on April 23, 2022.

PROGRAM:

7.00-10.00 a.m. - Guided walking tour to the "Mouth of the Warta River" National Park or to one of the bird trails (the place of the tour depends on the prevailing conditions):

- assembly at 7:00 am at the village hall 2 Parkowa Street

- participants must drive themselves to the beginning of the tour route

- information about the route will be posted on the TPS website and FB no later than one week
   before the rally.

12.00 - registration of rally participants at the village hall, 2 Parkowa St.

          - opening of the stands of, among others, the Warta Mouth National Park, Salamander magazine,
            Birds of Poland magazine, bird souvenirs, honey.

          - art workshops - Marta Daniszewska

          - workshop of recording sounds of nature - Michal Zygmunt

13.30 - 19.00 - meeting in the village hall at 2 Parkowa Street:

Speeches by the President of the Republic of Birds and invited guests.

Granting of honorary citizenship of the Republic of Birds and appointment of the Ambassador

Presentations:

• "Deaf rook, hupało, hukło, heron bang - a story about a mysterious inhabitant of the reed beds". - Marcin Polak, UMCS Lublin
• "Can stress and fear help protect birds?" - Adam Zbyryt, University of Bialystok
• "How to protect and care for wild animals in the city" - Marzena Białowolska from the Wild Animals Foundation
• "Valley of the mists - songs of migratory birds". - Agnieszka Florczyk, Michal Zygmunt.

Between the lectures:

• exhibition of watercolors by Andrzej Rabiega
• diaporama show
• election of the bird of the year 2023
• refreshments

Participation in the Rally is paid, the registration fee (PLN 50 - adult, PLN 30 - child/student) should be paid necessarily to the account: 29 8355 0009 0035 0411 2000 0001.

As part of the entry fee, each participant will receive a T-shirt with the logo of the Republic of Birds, a magnet and modest refreshments, and will be able to attend lectures in the village hall
and a tour. It is necessary to register in advance - by April 15 this year by email to:

tps@tps-unitisviribus.org.pl.. In the application you should write who plans to take part in the
in the tour and specify the number of people.
